Leighton-Linslade Town Council is the parish council for Leighton Buzzard and Linslade and has been in existence since 1974. The Council comprises 21 elected voluntary Councillors and approximately 40 members of staff. LLTC is responsible for parks, play areas, cemeteries, allotments, the street market, community events and more. The Council provides grant funding to local community, charity and not-for-profit groups including the Arts Forum. The Town Mayor each year chooses his or her nominated charities to raise funds for and will normally hold a number of events throughout the year.

LLTC venues normally available for hire include: Astral Park Sports and Community Centre, Linslade Memorial Pavilion, Pages Park Pavilion, The White House and the Teenage Advice and Information Centre. Please see our website for further details.
