Songs from the musicals,movies and the eras 1940's and 1950s
Songs from musicals and movies and of the era.
1940's will include "Annie Get Your Gun" "Brigadoon" "Kiss Me Kate" "Meet me in St. Louis" "Easter Parade" and more plus songs made famous by the Andrews Sisters, Judy Garland, Glen Miller and more
1950's will include "Singing in the Rain" "Gypsy" "Band Wagon" "My Fair Lady" "Calamity Jane" "West Side Story" and more plus songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Connie Francis, the Chordettes and more
The Arts Forum invite applications from community Arts based organisations within Leighton Buzzard & Linslade.
In these testing times perhaps we can help you with a project that you have in mind. Applications must be received by no later than 1st October 2023.

Fun Palaces are free, local, for everyone and inclusive. The Fun Palace Leighton Buzzard has happened annually since 2021 during the annual Fun Palaces weekend of action. It is part of national campaign to encourage local communities to participate in culture and creativivity. To volunteer as a Fun Palace Maker and make October 2023's event amazing please contact totallylocallyleightonbuzzard@outlook.com

The Linsdale Singers will be giving the St Barnabas Choir a rest and singing at the Church’s normal Sunday Evensong service.
Together with the usual congregational hymns, an anthem and choral settings of the responses and canticles will be included.
There is of course no charge for attending this service which will last about 45 minutes.
The Heath Band is teaming up with the Crand Union Community Choir to mark remembrance weekend (and the Heath Band's 90th birthday) to give a concert of proms music and popular numbers from our band and choral repertoires.


The Linsdale Singers are delighted to have been invited to give the Toddington Music Society's Christmas concert.

The brilliant young pianist Victor Lim is winner of the Making Music Philip & Dorothy Green Award for young concert artists.
